John T. Holland
John retired in 2000, as a Senior Instructor and Specialist from the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center. He was the Program Developer for the center's Hate/Bias Crime Train-the-Trainer Program in FLETC's Small Town and Rural Training Series, for the National Center of State and Local Training established in 1982 in Glynco, Georgia. The National Training Center has the responsibility of developing and presenting training for personnel from State and local law enforcement agencies, and on request international law enforcement agencies. John has a long career in law enforcement, spanning 40 years. He served in law enforcement capacities with the following Agencies:
John obtained an AA degree in Police Science, a BA in Public Administration, and has completed all requirements for a Master's in the Administration of Criminal Justice. He is a graduate of the California Peace Officer's Standard's and Training and holds their Basic, Intermediate and Supervisory Certifications.
